1994 年之後，董陽孜開始舉辦大型書法個展，形塑具現代性視覺意象的董氏風格，突破對傳統書法的既定保守印象。此件作品語出自《莊子天下篇》，其書風行雲流水，錯落有致，具體實踐了中國古典文化的哲學和宇宙觀。此作曾於1994 年在台北市立美術館展出。
